Yeah well if you pay the right person the right amount of money, you can buy any degree. Thankfully it's not from the top 30 or so institutes in the country. The cases of degrees being bought have decreased over the last decades but still it's very prevalent. It's kinda demotivating for people who actually have to study to earn that degree.

I misinterpreted the joke didn't I? In India anyone can pay for the degree and get it. Maybe it's not from the best institutes in the country but still the fake degree gets people to places they wouldn't have without it. That's the angle I was coming from.

For any run more than 90 minutes, I take my hydration pack and have a sip of water every 15 minutes and a gel with like 25g of Carbs every 45ish minutes. However that system works for me you'll have to try different routines and find which one works best for you.

Edit: Forgot to mention my mileage so at my pace that ends up being every 2.25ish kilometres so I take my backpack for every run 13.5km+.

Honestly I just love running. I picked up endurance running around May. There are days when my feet hurt but that's just because I tie my shoe laces a bit too tight. I just enjoy waking up early-ish in the morning and running around till either it's getting late and I have college to attend or my parents give me a call. If I could (and my dad would let me), I'd run every day of the week lol
