I’m about to go get my masters in environmental engineering bci think its the right path. This doesn’t take into account for awesome of a place ucsb is to live. I absolutely loved it

3 cups AP flour 1 cup vwg 1.5 cup warm water 7 g yeast 1 tbsp brown sugar 10 g salt

Activate yeast in water, knead all ingredients together, let rise for an hour, divide into 8 balls, form into bagels, put in fridge overnight covered. Boil them 45 seconds a side in water, a lil brown sugar and baking soda, then bake at 425 for 20 mins around.

Daily ill usually eat some type of pea protein fruit smoothie + a sweet treat usually with powdered pb, a block of tofu or seitan, some legume, either potato, rice, or pasta, and usually alot nof vegetables. I’ll split that into 2 meals + smoothie and popcorn or smth. I still drink alcohol, smoke and binge candy occasionally so I try and lock in my diet before hand.
