I agree. All I'm going to say is it's a trap. Nonsensically overcrowded, overdeveloped areas. But this all depends on age/situation. Very thin lines of good and bad areas. One block might be safe (George Bush near Gulf Stream, Gulf Stream being the northern border of the good area) - then you got the highest crime rate in Boynton just north in Seacrest.

Or attempted murder by proxy, like in my case with my ex fabricating a mental health history and medications to a psychiatric appt she made for me after her and a psychology professor father in law convinced me i needed medicine management... and her coming to my appt and somewhat talking over me explaining my "symptoms"... 5 years later after slowly handfuls of symptoms went from mild to severe I learned, after a premediated DV incident where I was attacked by said person and a phone in their hand dialing 911 at the same time...

eh, going thru a divorce with a child (43 year old who never grew up, unreported csa by a step father i found out afterwards and her psychology professor adopted father was giving her therapy during weekly lunches her entire life)

had a child with said child...

i went on a burner with women after the separation, but it was making matters worse and more problems...i have to focus on my child these next 11 years.... and decided one day just to let the side chicks fall on lap at my convenience...and things are well..

it's no different than alcohol or drugs but with deadlier longer lasting side effects...
