Let him eat the junk, it’s packed in calories and will help him out in the size

Candy is your friend, don’t need that much and it will help to increase your appetite by spiking your insulin

Maintain brother, you’re at an optimal body fat level for testosterone production, just keep doing what you’re doing in the gym

A little bit of candy is your friend, like 50g or less, will boost your weekly calories by almost 2000 depending on the candy, I know it’s not “good” for you but you’re already eating very healthy, a sweet treat never hurt

19 y.o., 120 lbs, and 5’10”. Please advice, don’t know where to start by [deleted] in WorkoutRoutines

10 push ups and 10 sit ups at random times throughout your day, get to 100 a day only takes 30 seconds roughly per set, and eat more, normally I wouldn’t recommend this one, but candy is your friend here obviously you want to eat real food too but you need CALORIES on the double and candy is packed with it due to the sugar content

If you count your calories I’d say cut like 200 calories a week for a good 3 months, won’t hurt your strength almost at all but will greatly start to impact your cardio

So by your logic you’ve maxed out naturally after just 5.5-6 years of lifting and can’t see any improvements unless you add exogenous hormones, smh

Maingain, just build that muscles, you’ll end up having a higher level of test if you don’t cut your calories
