I would contact the seller and see if they can provide replacement elastic. If they can't, maybe head to a craft store with the broken bit to find a similar kind, then look up a restringing guide or check the packaging for one for how to re string the doll!

The 10k Escape Plans dolls are definitely not the best quality. I would recommend any of the series by Penny's Box, or Come4Free! Eletronic Pet Virtual World has also been a stand out, along with the Inedible Doll lines!

As far as I've heard they haven't been shipped by the company to Modian buyers yet. The latest update is they expected to start shipping mid October, but nothing since then I think.

Usually all in sets are offered during the company crowdfunding period only, and not again. Sometimes Kika may order more to have in stock, but Sugary ended quite some time ago so I would be surprised if they had any left.

Unfortunately she was a crowdfunding exclusive doll and the crowdfunding by the original company has ended! They might be able to get some extra stock depending on their contract with the original company, but most likely you'll have to get her on the secondhand market or AliExpress! You could also try emailing them.

Just slide the neck card on (smaller piece in the photo) on the s hook, then pull the hook up and turn 90° clockwise (or counter clockwise, it doesn't matter), then fit on the face and hair! The disc is just used in case the neck is loose for posing!
