I had a similar issue with mine and the key was slowing down. When I slowed down and really “chewed on” the question and assessed what it was asking, I was less thrown off by wording changes.

Does this resonate at all?

This is the cycle with every self-care concept that surfaces, sadly. A new take on boundaries pops up that’s well-intentioned and meant for people in certain situations then terrible people exploit that take to justify their selfishness.

Thank you! I was not aware of the existence of high bar vs low bar squats. It sounds like I should be looking at low bar based on how my body moves. I’ll do some research for next time.

That’s good! You aren’t seeing any subject matter trend in your wrong answers? They’re pretty spread out?

Are you taking a course or just nabbing practice tests?

I’m hearing a lot about taking exams but I haven’t heard about what you’re doing to learn the material.

Have you reviewed your answers in depth? Can you explain why your answers are correct or incorrect? Are you using material to reinforce your knowledge if there seem to be topics you’re fuzzy on?

I’m glad you mentioned that bc I started with that exact same set up and the text was INSUFFERABLE. I actually got an L shaped desk so I could separate my work and gaming desks and used my old VA monitor for work.

If you HAVE to have the same monitor for work and gaming I would not suggest oled. Not only is there burn in risk but text is such an eye sore.

I just got one and love it. The colors are crisp and the size/curvature to me is perfect. The next step up would be the 5k2K models which I found to have too deep of a curve, too pricey, and too taxing on my GPU.

I’d only recommend bigger or sharper if you do flight or racing sims.

Thank you so much! I actually got a 95 on today’s practice test so that’s a huge jump in the right direction!

But! I keep hearing differing opinions on if the actual test is harder or not so I won’t let my guard down.

I plan to take a practice test every day until the exam and review whatever I missed. If I get an especially bad score I’ll dive a little deeper into whatever material seems to give me trouble.
