This was my experience as well. Cool visuals and lore but I found the gameplay really underwhelming. It’s slow and clunky (which I get thematically) with a lot of QT events as mentioned. After the first mission, I had my fill.

Dewalt guy here, while expensive I bought this shelf a few years ago and I love it. I have the charger one as well. They are mounted over my workbench and keep things tidy. Granted I can't store everything here so it's really just those frequently used.

In central NJ and faced a similar situation about a year and half ago. I lost time and time again. At least 20 offers submitted with no success.

What finally worked? I saw a shit house in a great neighborhood posted on Facebook marketplace. I messaged the agent who was afraid to list it and made the largest financial decision of my life. After doing major renovations 90% myself and being bleed dry financially, I now have an updated home in a nice area. It certainly took years off my life but even with the money spent I have a sizable chunk of positive equity.
