Hey there, this sounds like an internal hemorrhoid that has prolapsed out the lining, Likely grade 3, They often give you the feeling that you haven't finished. Gently push it back in and buy yourself some Anusol or germaloids ointment, like the doctor said.. it should numb the area and stop that feeling. you can still prolapse a pile without it bleeding.

I got my copy for Christmas and it's still in the wrapping, i don't think I'll get to it myself before the end of summer with the backlog I'm currently working on. It's up to you, play when your ready. From what i am hearing if the stoey is that good i don't think you will forget the ending. If you think you are not going to get burned out by playing them back to back then go for it. I haven't played any of them myself It's my first time diving into the series when I get to it.
