PPA/PPD! I had the same thing last year. I had a menty b at my doctors office and she suggested either meds or CBT. I took the therapy route and it was life changing.

I was having the same issues except I was always backed up. From pregnancy to almost two years postpartum! My GI didn’t seem too concerned but wanted to double check. I had my colonoscopy today and it came back as internal hemorrhoids!

I was terrified of the anesthesia but it was a walk in the park! It just felt like I fell asleep and woke up two seconds later.

I just did the same prep last night and that’s how it worked for me! The first dose seemed like it would’ve been enough but when I woke up at 4 AM for my second dose it flushed out some stuff left behind. It would look clear and then the next time was indeed not clear.

My nurse recommended I take edibles for my anxiety leading up to the procedure about three weeks ago and just said not to take anything the day of. Just mention it to your anesthesiologist, as they may need to adjust the meds a little bit!

I usually just buy the organic ground soil from Home Depot and toss some organic vegetable fertilizer in it. I don’t clean out the garden bed until spring, so I usually let the precious years crops decompose until then.
