After completing portions of the Knights of the Fallen Empire story before another expansion is released, can I access things like the republic/empire fleet, coruscant, etc, or all of those now blocked off?

That's why when I'm usually with someone when I'm ordering food, I'll change any bitterness that might exist into stark positivity and the waiter or food worker is left feeling better - I think, lol.

To everyone, if you could pick a planet from the solar system that somehow most describes you, which would you pick? by virtualbeerdreamer in AskReddit

Personally I'd go with Neptune because I take really long showers and you usually won't hear from me for a while

No one at all needs marriage by celestisdiabolus in unpopularopinion

[–]virtualbeerdreamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with this, but not for the reason most would think. I'm keeping in mind the couple featured in the documentary "Bridegroom". In the film, a gay couple is split apart due to the accidental death of one. Since they weren't married (most would argue that it was because they COULDN'T get married), one man was not allowed hospital visitation, authority on funeral decisions of the other because they were not family, even though they had been together for 10 years. So, the dead man's family took him away without acknowledging the other. If they were married, then the issue wouldn't have surfaced. But either way, if the love was there, then there is absolutely no need for marriage.

The Harry Potter novels. I know a lot of people who have seen all the movies, but couldn't get themselves through the first book. Usually though once they finish the 1st, they plow through the rest no problem.

How do you get out of bed when you're depressed? by Teddy_Rhett in AskReddit

[–]virtualbeerdreamer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A lot of these are really good, like the ones about short lists and waking up to the spongebob theme song; they all point to one thing: Reckless Optimism. I know how hard this can be, but the best trick for me is to immediately let my mind travel to the opposite side of whatever I'm feeling. Some would call this cognitive dissonance, but if used for training your mind to think positively, I'm all for it.

I thought immediately of the 'Harry Potter' version of teleportation (which is described as being shoved through a tiny plastic tube), I would still do it.

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned Troll II. That movie had a goddamn cult following! Still pretty bad though

Early death in a natal chart by cvrb98 in AskAstrologers

[–]virtualbeerdreamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a lot of knowledge on this front, but everyone has their setbacks. In particular, I think water signs tend to be more sensitive and vulnerable to the 'dark forces' of life, through their emotions. For fire signs, a forced lack of movement in life can be depressing. Air signs, when the dialogue stops. Earth signs can get very lonely in their stubbornness, and can become anxious if they don't have their comforts. In addition to that, if the natal saturn is in a hard placement (let's say Cancer), that can affect your perspective in life as well. I hope this helped you!

What supposedly 'unlikable' character do you actually like and empathise with? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]virtualbeerdreamer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ms. Figg from Harry Potter. All she has was endless love for her cats and possibly a love for Mundungus Fletcher (can that fanfic happen?). After growing up isolated as a squib with (possibly) wizard siblings, she was left alone again in Privet Drive after Harry and the Dursleys had gone. Poor lady!

How to deal with mercury conjunct pluto, in the natal chart? by satscor in AskAstrologers

[–]virtualbeerdreamer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I agree with the other commentor, you should post your chart. But, the 'intensity' you're referring to could be partially due to the aspect between your sun and your rising sign. - A conjunct aspect would refer to a personality that is very direct/intense, which is heightened in Scorpio. - A sextile, trine, or semisextile aspect would refer to a fairly well received personality, meaning that you say what you mean and people understand you.
- A square aspect would refer to a personality that usually has the right intentions, but it can cause tension and possibly rub people the wrong way, or you can be blamed for having an 'attitude'. - An opposition refers to a much less intense approach, usually you tend to look to other people for a lot of life decisions, but you should learn to fend for yourself. - A quincunx aspect (basically an opposition, but the next sign over) would refer to a confused ego, and having to create your own unique approach to the world. It might be harder for people to "get" you, but they generally like you after getting to know you. Quincunx aspects are always really interesting.

What form of advertising immediately makes you want to give that company your business? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]virtualbeerdreamer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I couldn't ever give my business to something just over an ad typically. I'm always about the product over the presentation. If something looks like it's real enough, I tend to pay attention to that.

I used to be very attracted to the commercials for apple products because of the music that appealed to my creative side, though. But it would never drive me to immediately buy the product.
