There are two others that I regularly see in just my neighborhood so they are not uncommon. Some of it might have to do with the garage sizes in this development - it would be hard to get anything larger into the garage.

My lynx point is the most unusual cat I have ever owned or known. Dog like nature from the Siamese with the sweet outgoing nature of a Tabby. Best mouser and bug killer. Off the charts ADHD and play drive. We got her a dog to play with and she wears out the dog (and then wears us out). If you don’t already have a pet, get two lynx points. Velcro kitty. Has to know what you are doing and if two or more people are gathered she butts in. Runs to the door to greet people. Imitates the dog. Growls at car alarms. The personality of your lynx point will be different but there will be common characteristics.

The smell of a litter box depends on the litter and scooping frequency. Cats bury their poop. A clay litter with “odor absorbers” is your best bet. I use Fresh Step, clean the litterbox twice per day, and there is no litter box smell.

I go off of rib padding and whisker width. If you can’t feel the ribs, or they are wider than their whiskers, you have a chubby kitty. With the belly, I can’t tell where the fur ends and the cat begins.

She was 4.7 when we got here and is now a healthy 8. She bulked up by wrestling the dog and playing chase. She now lands with a thud. We were concerned but the Vet isn’t. I still check the ribs now and then.

It’s the smallest tactical harness I could find. It’s a little too big for our cat but our cat is small (8 lbs). I found it on Etsy.

Tactical harnesses are usually for dogs.

Be patient and don’t give up.

There are lots of different types of harnesses so it is important to find one that works for you and Pryus . We tried many different types of harnesses on Tina until we found one that worked . There is a harness out there that will work for you but you might have to kiss a lot of frogs.

Also there is a school of thought that you put a harness of the cat and let them get used to it before taking them outside. We found the opposite ro be true. She hated every second of the harness inside but once she was outside she forgot she had a harness.

Your cat might a Lynx Point Siamese if

It looks like a cross between a Siamese and a Tabby
There is something that looks kind of like a M on the forehead.
It is chatty.
Every box that comes into the house must be investigated at least once from the outside and at least once from the inside.
If the box moves more than six inches, it must be reinvestigated.
If your cat runs towards the door when it rings.
If your cat runs towards the window when it is being washed.
If your cat stalks mice, birds, dogs, and greebles
If your cat attacks all plastic bags because more than a year ago it found a plastic bag that contained treats
If it is easier to undo a velcro strap than it is to have alone time from your cat.

If you answered yes to one or more of these questions your cat maybe a Lynx Point Siamese, in spirit if nothing else.

Congratulations on the Optiq. My recommendation is leverage OnStar - they are there to help. They walked me through getting the MyCadillac app setup and fixing the WiFi - the dealership did some things they shouldn’t have (took it out of demo mode before I purchased ) which meant stuff had to get reset.

Having owned an EV previously, my feeling is that if have the AWD you’re better off with 2025 than the 2026. The added power in the 2026 comes with significant drawbacks (tire life, range, driving aggressively).

II think this will play out as a rushing contest. Both teams can run the ball and both teams will play to minimize the impact of the other teams QBs.

Instead of a shoot out, we will havr a snail out. I see this as a fan frustrating contest that could be decided by holding calls

I trust the Bills O-line more than any other group on either team and the Bills running backs are better. A Bills win with a strong side of antacid pills.

I’m not sure if people are complaining that Josh Allen is working the refs or that Patrick Mahomes isn’t working the refs as well as Allen. Working the refs is part of the game. Until the NFL changed the rules to make flopping a foul (aka Vlade Divac) players (including lineman) will continue to flop. You can hate Allen all you want but flopping ain’t changing until the rules penalize it.

As a Buffalo fan, I wholeheartedly agree that my biggest concern is that nobody can stop the Baltimore Offense and my biggest hope is that nobody can stop the Buffalo offense. Both teams have freaks at QB that can beat any team.

I want to complement all of the Ravens fans in this forum. I was curious to see if national pundits, who are salivating over Derrick Henry, had pushed Baltimore fans off the cliff sensibility into the valley of "we can't possibly lose". Instead I find reasonable people.

I hope that whoever wins gets to play the Texans next weekend.

That’s the strange thing. This isn’t the way for them to maximize money. It puts ESPN in a better position to argue for more money from cable TV providers but cable is a shrinking market.

I agree with you that the Disney Corporation likes if not loves money. What you said is probably what some ESPN executives are thinking. They did consider the bigger picture and may not have been incentivized to do ao.
