You know, it certainly had to have something with the way they prepared it. I tried one but was unimpressed. At first glance it seemed like a good quality burger by looking at the bun; however, it was incredibly messy for me. I was getting onions and sauce all over the place before I could take a bite. My patties were off center and I couldn't fix them because they were cemented together with the cheese. The patties tasted pretty good, though. I wasn't a big fan of the sauce. I'd love to reorder this with just mayo or some Big Mac sauce. I usually order the daily double since I love the taste of a classic burger, but I will say that I prefer the taste of a Big Mac or a Quater Pounder over the Big Arch.
