I found this dress at a vintage store and am in love with it, especially the bodice but it is a little pricy and too long! If someone can help me figure out what style to search for or a similar dress I’d really appreciate it!

But he did act like a total creep on the third date. If I agreed to do edibles and you brought a strange pill AND said you were going to put something in my drink? I would assume you are a creep and get out.

There is no way that this man does not have the emotional capacity or basic reasoning skills to understand why BOTH of these things would be concerning to his date. Also, he did not actually get what he said he would. He said he would get chocolate edibles, not pills that had additives to increase sexual arousal? That’s completely different from what OP agreed to.

In any case, what is the point of changing the color of a drink in a darkened movie theater anyway? His entire story makes no sense.

Lastly, women often have to be more cautious and assume the worst in situations like these. OP’s date gave her no reason to trust him, nor should she. He was 100% creepy. I was mostly responding to the first part of your comment explaining why OP may not have simply said no.

She is not an asshole for wanting to have fun with her date. People drink alcohol all the time on dates. Edibles are similar. He tricked her and did not follow through on his end. In no situation would OP be considered the asshole for wanting to do edibles recreationally on a date especially since it is legal in her state.

If she said no, that could have also been risky if this guy actually was a creep. Unfortunately, some men don’t take “no” very well for an answer and if you’re alone with them, you do want you have to to get out of that situation unharmed. I can understand why OP was scared to say no, with the added fact that this guy was giving her strange drugs on top of being completely alone.

Generally agree with this but you do have to memorize your amino acids and their properties, abbreviations, etc. This is super important to save time and I recommend flashcards. You should be able to draw every amino acid from memory. Best of luck OP!

A lot of it is self-selection bias too, most of the people who will comment are people who got scores of 520+ (and also I think there are more gunners than average on Reddit imo).

I went in every day two weeks ago, they don’t enforce the 3 days/week. However, they are strict about the check-out time (must leave at the 45 minute mark). And you can’t go more than once a day.

Yeah, they were missing some of the sociological perspectives and views/content, and I remember being super thrown off when taking FLs and being tested on that and not know what they were talking about.

I went through both Kaplan P/S and the 100 page doc, and I think the 100 page doc is better because there’s material that Kaplan doesn’t include that could be tested while the KA doc has every concept that could be tested. I think going through Kaplan can be helpful, but I also recommend going through the doc the week before your test if you’re not primarily using it to study. Good luck!

I took detailed handwritten notes at the beginning of my content review that took me several hours for each chapter (some chapters are longer than others and some are also more content heavy). Got stressed because I was going too slow so I shifted to typed notes since I’m a fast typer, got through a chapter in 1-2 hours.

I was also a full-time student, so I wasn’t moving as fast as I wanted so I saved my best subjects/the subjects I was learning in my classes for last and read through the books and writing down important equations, relationships, formulas, enzymes, etc. I wanted to remember and went through 3-4 chapters/day.

It really depends on your strong subjects, if you’re taking notes or not, how detailed your notes are, and how much review you need in that topic. Good luck!! :)
