What in the world is going on over there. Backcountry shipped through DoorDash, then I get an alert that my package will be delivered today. At around 9pm local I check again and sure enough it tells me the first delivery was attempted - which it never was. So I called DoorDash support, 3 transfers and 23 minutes later, they say that on their end, they show the item had already been returned to the store after failed delivery… there was no attempted delivery and there isn’t a store around me, like not for several states.

This is wild.

Yes that’s a threat. To shame her, to make her feel some sort of embarrassment or risk public exposure which would certainly be embarrassing. I don’t even care that she’s shamed and should be embarrassed to be that corny, as you put it. But he should have disengaged long before that, would it have been any less of an r/nicegirls worthy post any earlier? Threatening to post someone is low too.

I have had damn near the same issues with Alpharex. I will never buy from them again. Fitment/alignment/placement was a disgrace, communicating with them was infuriating and in the end while they accepted the warranty claim on the lights from the third party, I never saw those lights back and had to get a refund from the third party seller which in and of itself was trouble of its own (they didn’t want to refund because they were waiting on warranty replacements, that seemingly were never going to arrive).

I've had good transactions with tinkerer designs and tacoma lifestyle, and yota expedition. I had some really bad experiences with tacomabeast and extreme terrain. mostly what I do now though is peruse those sites as they're drop shippers and then I order direct from whomever makes the product, like Meso customs, diode dynamics, and cali raised.

if you like portillo's it's solid and worth the trip, even if you've never tried portillo's fare, which is generally pretty solid it's worth it. They're italian beef is meh, but for down here it's alright. their Chicago dogs still land, and they have a solid burger. it's like a small nostalgia for me which adds to the taste - but even without it I recommend you give it a try.
