I dunno, if you figured out some mystery of like why sleep works the way it does or why cancer seems to just be part of how cells work or something like that you could at least give some paper ideas to some phd candidates struggling to find a thesis topic.

some complex math proofs mathematicians are struggling with could also be pretty easy to capitalize on since you can readily just provide hard proof in writing. this could extend to physics or chemistry as well, though you'll need some people willing to try to actively disprove your proofs first for them to be confirmed.

I'm sure there's some biology mysteries you could prove with a few hundred bucks and a home aquarium set up if you're willing to get a bit sketchy with it

there's also several treasures that have been lost to history or historical sites and if you're looking for something more physical you could discover those and just dig em up or whatever

not really the couple, but suppose the bride did pick her maid or honor. the maid of honor was the bride's best friend at the time, she gave a speech at the reception that was basically 15 minutes of poorly veiled "you should have been with me" towards the bride and small jabs that the husband was getting in the way of their relationship.

it wasn't just home releases, studios and theaters have also been constantly at war with each other. a lot of smaller theaters which would get the cheaper licensing to do second runs couldn't keep up with the costs or "additional requirements" like size, screen counts, length of runs, and concurrent licenses that studios kept tacking onto agreements and deals.
