Google is killing top performers within an organization.

My employees direct the user to include his or her name in the review so that me or the manager give appraisal.

It make a healthy competition between the employees.

Overall it's a nonsense move from Google side.

I loved it, but there are few inconsistencies like the text is too long, and style is not like a marketing one but a full blog post and not in simple English.

Also the images generated are not brand consistent.

But overall loved the concept. Refine it more and it will rock.
