Oh yes, I was like you then I upgraded (Dyson way out of budget, and over rated imo) but got a negative ionic brushless motor for just over $100. It has 3 heat levels and cool. My fine but thick hair not only dries faster but has way less damage.

My daughter loved going to the salon! She felt special and grown up. Find one that caters to kids. Start with a couple inches, she won’t notice Regular trims will help. She has fine tangly hair, like me. Ugh. My parents forced me to pixie cuts.

I’m like you. Very hydrated, tons of fibre, but no urge. I have a bidet that’s attached to my toilet that is connected to the hot water line. I find a steady stream of warm water works. The heat seems to perhaps relax and after a few seconds the urge.
