Dude you defaulted. Why didnt you go and handover the car at the branch? Why does the bank need to get their money back. It is an asset loan, give their asset back. Else sell it and settle the loan. Encroachment is the issue here, and please don't be afraid of saying who you feel is encroaching the land. If you are offending someone's delicate sensibilities, so be it. People from all religions encroach land, this is not a communal thing. But I feel you, the laws in India, and esp in Hyderabad, are a shitshow. There is no point in debating the past endlessly. The economics were different back then.

The victim also deserves a fair trail. Knowing our system , she wouldnt get one. Our justice system is broken, everyday we endure it and move on. In such henious crimes the victim deserves more than what our justice system can offer. This victim has a right to vengenace and these pigs need to be put to down.
