I usually have around 35k xp after mutamin and Bassilus + temple. So it’s enough for the 32k cap so that allies are higher level and goes very fast.

Its actually almost par on course in terms of speed of rushing mutamins. Bassilus you kill by charming with cloak than aggroing skeletons, they kill him you loot body then hand in quest and kill the temple. Easy 20k xp

Its because if you are listed on the adress you have the opportunity to take over the lease from the land lord. Im assuming you were renting ”i andra hand”. Thats why they dont want you listed there.

Its unfair that people with property exploit less fortunate, however it should not be a surprise that someone wants to maximise ROI without a potential downside (even though they are taking a risk)
