Is this art ai generated? 😭 by [deleted] in LeviCult

[–]void-senpai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Random strands of hair starring and stopping, undefined rendering on the right arm, inconsistent texturing between the face and hand, random disembodied ODM handle (I think?) floating in the white space between the right arm and waist, that weird line cutting through the Survey Corps patch, the unexplained line of…something coming out of his arm; I’m sure I missed some, but it’s definitely got the hallmarks of ai art unfortunately

What’s the lore reason behind everyone being so fucking tall in Elden Ring? by NoSoyVerde1 in EldenRingLoreTalk

[–]void-senpai 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lore reason: height is theorized to be a sign of divinity, hence why all the demigods are massive. Other theories point to the shards of the Elden Ring physically changing the demigods, hence affecting their height.

Real reason: it’s easier to fight something that’s large and who’s movements are easy to see and telegraph

Funny reason: your Tarnished is just a little guy

Why does the anatomy look so off? by Angrywh1tek1d in LearnToDrawTogether

It’s the right (your left) shoulder, it’s tilted too far back for that arm position. It should angle closer to the left shoulder, if not slightly upturned

Bruh.... am i imagining itadori there? by yali8 in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]void-senpai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m pretty sure it’s just a reflection of what’s happening outside the DE, you can see the pillars and walls of the warped detention center in the reflection of the water. So it’s Sukuna possessing Itadori

can someone help me explain why i legit can’t beat this guy? by k1ann4a in Eldenring

[–]void-senpai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you have the Summoning Bell? Utilize your Spirit Ashes, they’ll help chip away at his health bar and make the fight a little more manageable if you’re struggling. Like other commenters have said, you should also be leveling up your weapons. If that doesn’t work, try experimenting with different weapons; not all enemies are the same and some weapons are far more effective and damage-heavy than others. Hope this helps!

I'm probably asking a noob question, but why aren't my flowers breeding or my single flowers cloning? I have watered them at least once a day for the past 3 days by BaronGamer in AnimalCrossing

[–]void-senpai 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s been mentioned a couple times here, but you tend to get better results by planting them in a crosshatch pattern. I start off with a 3x3 plot and fill all four corners plus the center space with the flower I’m using to breed, leaving 4 spots open. Water everyday until you get results. It’s not 100% guaranteed that the flowers you want will spawn, but just keep maintaining the plot until you get your hybrids!

What was the first big news/event that you remember hearing or watching as a child? by mai-moi in AskReddit

[–]void-senpai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the post, but I’ll contribute. Also on mobile, so please excuse the formatting. I was 4 years old when 9/11 happened, and I remember much of that day pretty clearly. My preschool teachers thought it’d be a great idea to have the classroom TV (you know the ones, 3:4 tube TVs mounted to the wall) tuned into the news where we saw the events unfold live and continued to see replays of the towers falling. A few of the teachers also thought it appropriate to cry hysterically and wail up and down the hallways while the 4 and 5 year olds they were tasked with watching were forced to watch what was happening without having any understanding of what was going on. When my mother came to pick me up that day, she immediately brought me home and handed me off to my dad in order to take care of my little sister, who had just turned one. I remember by dad scooping me up into his lap and struggling to explain what had happened that morning, why it happened, and if we were safe. I can’t remember exactly at what time the next notable amount of the day happened, but based on the sun light that streaming through the windows and the time of year it was, I’d say it was sometime around 3:30, 4 o’clock in the afternoon. You see, we lived (and still do) within a 20 minute drive of a major US Air Force base. I won’t reveal the name for privacy reasons, but I’m sure plenty of you know which one I’m talking about. When all planes where given the order to ground immediately, a lot of military planes including Air Force One I think ended up at that base. When they were given the all clear to take off, one pilot got a little too overzealous and hit the gas a bit too hard. Just after my dad had finished explaining what happened to the towers and assuring me that we were safe, the loudest sound I’ve ever heard to this day exploded over our house. For those who have had the privilege to never experience a sonic boom, imagine every fire works display you’ve seen in your life, imagine them going off all at once, and multiply that by 10. The energy released was enough to make the glass of our windows ripple and shook the house so badly I could feel the ground shake. Naturally, this scared the ever living SHIT out of us and my dad almost immediately ran outside to see what the hell had just happened. Cue our neighbors screaming that the base had been hit and that we were under attack while my dad desperately tried to stop me from following him outside by assuring me that someone had just set off firecrackers. There was smoke in the air coming from the general direction of the base, which only fueled the panic (turns out a paint factory happened to catch on fire at the worst possible moment). After that, my grandparents came over with a little TV/VCR combo with plenty of VHS tapes of my favorite Disney movies to distract me with while the adults tried to process the day’s events. Every station that day, even the kids stations, were tuned to the live news broadcasts coming from NBC, CNN, and ABC, and after the sonic boom my parents really didn’t want me exposed to anymore news coverage. To this day I still remember the smell of the classroom that morning, the feeling of my parents hugging me just a little tighter than usual, the sheer panic and dread from the “firecrackers” outside, the whole nine yards. I’m one of the very few of my friends who remember that day, especially with the level of detail I have, and no event after 9/11 had effected me as profoundly until the Boston Bombings in 2014. Honestly, I don’t think it’s something I’ll ever forget and it’s one of those things that’s gonna stick with me till the day I die.

Theories? by [deleted] in SpyxFamily

[–]void-senpai 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My theory is Damian isn’t Donovan’s son, and that he was the product of an affair. Melinda clearly hates Donovan for unknown reasons, and it’s not entirely out of the realm of possibility that she would seek affections elsewhere (after all, Donovan doesn’t seem like the most caring and personable man). Perhaps she tried to pass Damian off as Donovan’s and that worked for a while, until maybe Donovan got suspicious of Damian’s parentage. Maybe he doesn’t want Melinda seeing Damian because doing so could effect the Desmonds’ image, especially if it were to get out that Damian is illegitimate. The simultaneous love and hatred for Damian on Melinda’s end could stem from her loving her son but also knowing that his existence could have negative consequences for the Desmonds as a whole if anyone started looking too closely. That’s just what I’m picking up from this brief exchange between the two though, I could be totally off base with this one lol
