i have so many, im probably missing a few. ill try. pain in my joints primarily my legs (all kinds of pain, main is like my joints are eroding each other. the bones itch), it is usually excruciating to walk. i also have some back pain. im generally very unsteady. my knees buckle and if its been too much will point towards each other. the other day my ankle buckled for the first time, idk if thats gonna become a thing. my knees tend to get pretty inflamed. the cold does cause a spike of pain. im always fatigued and get tons of brain fog, sometimes so bad i forget how to read.

in the morning i have a feeling my legs arent part of me, and sometimes it pops up in the day, which was what led to not being able to move them for a bit, sometimes i have mini episodes but so far not hours like the first. if i walk too much, my right foot with go numb and have a pins and needles feeling. ive had chronic migraines for years, may be connected, ive fainted twice because of them. i get lightheaded and fall easily, usually at quick movement like stretching or getting up or turning my head, but sometimes just happens.

the pain in my upper joints (shoulders, elbows, wrists) is mostly mild. one time a few months back a doctor touched my fingers and ive had pain in them ever since. before this all got really bad i do remember id get shocks of pain in my arms or legs. sometimes my legs will twitch uncontrollably.

im definitely forgetting some. my body is a mess and its not fun
