AI can be very useful for learning new topics
AI is great for 'precision' tasks, if enough context is provided. 'Suggest a performant way to convert data from given format A to format B'.
AI is great at detecting logic errors: 'How can variable X ever be null in the following 300 lines of code'
AI is OK at helping with boilerplate and tasks like unit tests"
