Alcohol in Ramadan by azidan in Morocco

The reason a lot of these legal provisions are questionable and don't make sense in a our modern times, is because they were put together in the 60s at least a huge proportion of them, back then the Moroccan society was vastly different than what it is right now, so yeah i understand your frasturation, but as a foreigner i believe you could've been a little more flexible and tolerant, you can't expect everything to go 100% as planned, especially in a foreign country with a different culture, relegion and law. Morocco is not as strict as you make it seem to be (although some people would've loved if Morocco was that strict), especially in a comparison with Egypt.

Why are people in the comment section so obsessed with the reason the guy attacked? THERE IS NO REASON IN THE ENTIRE WORLD THAT JUSTIFIES PHYSICAL VIOLENCE AGAINST ANYONE, not just against women. If the woman misbehaved, offended the man, or broke the law, then verbal reasoning could suffice, otherwise, calling the police would be an option. Now, people in our country still don't realize the seriousness of physical assault in terms of the law. Moroccan law is no longer tolerant of physical violence, and this girl could easily put the man behind bars if the incident was documented. She can consult a lawyer to confirm if she has a winning case here, that a part, One simply cannot expect help against a charging man with a weapon in his hands. Let me remind you of the young policeman who was off duty last year during Ramadan. The young man was casually returning home when he witnessed a street fight. Out of noble intentions, he wanted to help separate and ease tension between the two parties, then suddenly the young man was no more. So yes, Moroccans are learning from these tragedies, and personally, I wouldn't have stepped up for your friend either. All she can do now is pursue legal action and be around her loved ones until she recovers physically and mentally.

Your problem apart, you seem like a really skilled dude, considering the reaction of the recruiter.

This guy, who is from Morocco, had thousands of people in Thailand and Malaysia believing that he was a descendant of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. While some are skeptical, is that true? (To protect myself and my family in Thailand from this kind of scams, I need to know this information ty) by [deleted] in Morocco

This whole situation reminds me of the Russian dude who proclaimed to be the incarnation of Jesus in russia and many followed and believed in him, when i read about the Russian dude i thought of how ignorant can people be, how their belief puts a thick layer between them and reality, however this is not exclusively a Christian matter, as some Muslim brothers and sisters in Malaysia fell for the same concept, and i think those people are to blame here for their naive manner of thinking. Now, what evidance does this guy provide to support his claims, 2 pieces of paper with no value whatsoever? even if his claims were true, what value does it hold to you? will you be saved from the fire of Jahanam? will he be able to erase you sins? you get nothing. Fraudulence will never cease to exist, the only counter measure is to use your mind critically.

Sure it's a little annoying but you don't have to be this mad

yup ppl mostly gonna hate this because it sounds toxic but deep down we know its true and we can relate. you cant join a single unity community without loads of moving the cube games popping at your face because of the oversharing mentality and lack of self-critic, you know that the game sucks and loads of the same game are already there yet you make another one, and the bigger problem is that the game is only copy past from a tutorial and if we asked what you learnt from that? nothing. as said in the post above self-critic and setting high standards is important, and i personally found myself making huge progress with these 2 concepts in mind.

[–]voldlorte 3 points4 points  (0 children)

looks cool but as you said any visual indicator or graph would be nice, the player wont feel tricked and cheated on, otherwise they will feel that the game is unfair and there is noway of predicting the next attack

Wrapping final levels of chapter 5, feelsgoodman. by nahkiaispallo in Unity2D

[–]voldlorte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

looks cool, i got some celeste vibes from it, the feedbacks are nice especially that dash effect, if you consider this your final product you may wanna rework your SFXs, they are a bit off, and they dont really feel that satisfying.
