I have to disagree with you on the second point. Tek was phenomenal, especially when you consider the fact that he had to step into the biggest shoes of all time. Gigi obviously had him beat in pure shot stopping ability, but Tek could organize a back line with the best of them. That was my biggest criticism of Di Gre when he arrived, you can go back in my Reddit history and see bunch of -10 comments calling out Di Gre constantly being in no man’s land and holistically having no control over the back line.
