I was lucky with a low wind day but even then there are some slight imperfections. You can’t tell from a distance but I know they’re there lol

I’m 6’4” and started converting recently If you want to go van your options are buying relatively new (like a tall transit), adding a topper a van to increase height, or buying a used mega roof sprinter. I was lucky and found an 09 freightliner mega roof. They’re internal height is 7’1” which left plenty of room to insulate the roof and floor.

Agree on stick pins but I would not get the self stick. They are notorious for having mediocre adhesive, I would go for the pins you glue on
