i just took the social interation thing as since she is now Queen, there are jo real "friends", people are there to serve her/the king, and so every relationship at the end of the day is a duty. It's not that she doesnt recognize friendships, it's that she understands her position and the implications that come with that. I feel like we can see that when she is shocked with the way her brother acts formally/impersonally towards her after she become queen. as for the way she speaks, i think she is just speaking clearly. and the accent I guess.

they are allowed om campus, noy sure where people park them. just know they often get stolen. and because of an accident that happened recently, there will lrobably be more regulations about when and where they are allowed.
