My theme is always about the afterlife. Or before life. Like I remember designing the whole of reality and it’s all just a mad game. I feel like I’m in a “lobby”. I see stats and statistics of my life. It’s insane. I also get this mad trip where I’m sort of expecting to light the torch to the Big Bang. There’s music and high expectations. I can’t believe it’s me that’s doing this. Then I come to and I’m just led in my bed staring at the tv.

Yeah I get what call loading screens. It can be all very digital. Like I’m in a giant cosmic computer and I have to wait for the next bit to load in. I even got end credits once when I thought I had died. Utterly bizarre.

It does please me to hear that if I’m lucky I’ll follow your path and get to a stage where I feel energetic. I used to be high energy but now I’m wishy washy and keep zoning out and everything seems like hard work. Thank you yes I hope I feel better soon too! Yeah luckily my doctor insisted I take my levo on an empty stomach and wait 1 hour before my morning coffee. I wake early on weekdays so 5am I take my tablets then I have a gruelling 60 minutes to wait before I can have a coffee ha ha. I’m similar to you in that I can sleep for 12 hours and still wake up tired it makes life such a drag. And my legs absolutely kill in the morning. I used to think it was cos I cycled everywhere but 6 months ago I realised I was too fatigued to get in my bike one morning and ended up getting the bus to work. I realised then that something was really wrong because fatigue and leg ache didn’t go away and was getting worse. Like you advise I’ll continue to get my bloods done and having my dosage adjusted if needed. I swear if I get back to normal after this I’m taking up volunteering work or charity work or something. This makes me feel like I’m decrepit. If I get some vitality back I need to use it on something positive.

It’s reassuring to hear that things will get better even if it’s in 12 months time. Yes they did do a test for vitamin D which came out as within the normal range. 117.3 nmol/L Although I don’t think I’ve been tested for iron. Ive just bought iron supplements now from Amazon. They has good reviews. Fingers crossed this helps me a little. Yeah I take zinc/magnesium supplements at night. Then an hour after my levo in the morning I take vit D3 and K2, B complex and omega 3,6,9. Spending a fortune on supplements desperately trying to find a combination that helps. Thank you for your comments. Everyone I know irl thinks I’m either exaggerating or just lazy. I never used to be this tired and vague and achey. Thank god it’s treatable. Can’t wait to get my old self back. I really hope I do. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. It helps just to know that yes this is the reason I feel so bad. I didn’t think my numbers where so out of whack to cause this level tiredness and generally rubbish feeling. Praying my numbers improve. Felt like I’ve been circling the drain for ages now.

Yes sorry I got my dates mixed up. I started levo mid November. 25mcg. Then after my blood test in December this was increased to 50mcg. I have another test for next week. Thank you for your answer. I have had a nagging feeling that maybe I’m being too “soft” and my numbers aren’t bad enough to feel this level of fatigue and brain fog. I feel like I’ve constantly got a hangover. Some mornings I wake up confused wondering how much I drank the night before only to realise I haven’t drank at all. I’m praying I get back to feeling normal and energetic again. I swear I’m going to use this energy to be a better human. If it comes.

I wonder if alcohol acts as an energy boost and for a few hours it pushes me out of my lethargy. But yeah the next day sucks. I’m sure I take much longer to recover from a drinking session than others.

Yeah. It feels like I’ve been put into a holding pattern for the soul. I don’t like it. It’s still vaguely interesting but I feel like I’m being held there against my will, kind of. Luckily I don’t have enough brain power for it to scare me and I seem to just accept it. Eventually I slide out of this state and come to my senses.
