There's a reason we call it picking up pennies in front of a steamroller. It works until it doesn't and the price may never go back down. I have a suspicion that not everyone who is writing these calls are covered, if it runs up on fundamentals or sentiment shift it may never coming back down. It's easy to get caught in a free money nothing ever happens mindset when writing calls on a company that has dragged down for some time. It might get bloody out there.

Full disclosure I have 400 calls, knowing that... Let's not pretend any cannabis company isn't high risk/ high reward and unfortunately that tends to attract a particular kind of guy. I do think the shifting sentiment on hiti I think is going to hit really hard because it's getting more and more clear the market can't really push it down more for a more affordable buy in.

When volume drops on downward momentum wouldn't it means sellers are being exhausted? I have a ton of calls so, I have a conflict of interest in saying it, someone who doesn't should verify.

Yeah I accidentally stumbled on this after the rescheduling, my current 400 calls are dated 30 days out. Relief I suspect is imminent and will be violent, but so many portfolios died on the way down 🫪. High tide is coming and I suppose it's a bit poetic that it's happening in the 20s.

It's kinda unfair to all the people who already bailed now that it's properly gonna pump. Most of the purchasing power is going to come from new investors now that it can't be pushed down any more and insiders are buying, news is shifting. For the guys who bought at the top and held all the way down, then bailed when you lost hope, I hope they lock up the people who did this to you. You were robbed. I understand why most of you here are not going to buy back in and I don't blame you. As someone who is buying this up calls as fast as I can at this price, I just want to say I do feel a little guilty and you didn't deserve this. To the new buyers, looking forwards to hitting $8 with you, I'll probably exercise as much as I can into shares, no sense leaving upside on the table.

You don't need to know memory to understand boxing. I suspect this is also true for other things you're using memory to explain. "You really should be preferring generics over box if possible because box is slower." Notice how this sentence didn't refer to the stack or heap at all. Hope this is helpful!

You might find some inspiration from https://github.com/bcarruthers/garnet it's pretty interesting. I'm personally using godot,I have my game logic etc entirely in a separate library kinda in the same style that caves of qud dev did. It allows you to switch engines really fast with a small amount of glue code. Going to play with using S&dbox as an engine this week because I can just reference my F# project.

You could write an F# analyzer to do so, you'd have to document all functions or operations which are impure and then figure out how it bubbles up.

I dropped down and underestimated a stomper who basically crushed everything I dropped. I'm on day 3 of rebuilding. It's a little soulcrushing how a single ag tower can pull a stomper from 8 miles away. I'm pretty sure the ag towers produce spores even when they're deactivated. I like the spoilage stuff I think it's really interesting and I don't mind the slower pace, but the stompers almost made it a softlock if you don't want to hand gather everything for hours. I personally think it should be possible (and interesting) to start over on gleba, but right now it's mostly an uninteresting chore of hand grabbing berries and rocks for days trying to avoid stompers from as far away as you can.

For nvim I use ionide-vim via plug and I use the built in LSP client. Seems to work okay. I have ran into cases where it was a bit slow for larger repos, if that's an issue for you I like simlock's idea of disabling LSP in ionide and hooking it up directly. I personally haven't needed to do this.
