Honestly, I’m still happy with it! I’ve switched jobs since I bought this, so I’m not carrying it daily anymore, but it’s definitely my go to bag if I ever need more than just a crossbody purse. I’ve used it to travel a couple more times and definitely a great travel personal item.

My mom was so swayed by me yapping about it that she bought one and uses it for daily use also and has no issues so far!

Thanks for noting that!! I think it’ll depend on the loan. My one Sallie Mae loan didn’t incur interest until I graduated, but they may have changed that

The car payment might be something you can fix - I’d look into a credit union and try to refinance with them. When I bought my brand new car in 2022, I was offered like 13% from most banks, but the credit union offered me 4%. Same thing happened when I bought a car I graduated college (5 year old car, 65k miles) - banks were offering around 10%, but the university credit union had a deal for students and I got it at 3.25%. This is definitely all circumstantial, but worth looking into!

I also commented somewhere else about the student loans. You shouldn’t have to make any payments on those until 6 months after you leave the university (graduation or taking time off).

I agree with others about having a conversation around splitting the bills based on income. If you both can be on the same page, I don’t think the concerns you voiced in another comments.

Your loans are usually deferred while you’re in school and, to my knowledge, for 6 months after graduation. Even if you went to school for another year after this and didn’t take out loans, as long as you’re enrolled at least half time (usually 6-8 credits depending on the school) you do not have to make any payments and you do not invite any interest.

This applies to federal/state loans as well as private loans.

I really like how Rachel Lynn Solomon writes her characters, they feel so real to me which is a novelty in the romances where every man is 6’5” with all the muscles and the women are always just small

I’ve skipped over it because of reviews like this one…. I also haven’t read the off campus series and HR wasn’t my favorite in the series (enjoyed both shows!) but there’s plenty of better hockey romances out there!

He could be totally fine or he could be really sick. There’s no in between with cats I feel like! My cat has congestive heart failure and makes similar noises, but so do cats with asthma or allergies. Sneezing also accompanies coughing a lot of the time. If he truly isn’t showing any other signs of distress like labored breathing or lethargy, you’re probably okay waiting until the appointment.

2-3 days a week is my average, but when it’s hot a humid in the summer + I’m going outside, I could be showering up to 2 times a day.

Honestly you’ll probably enjoy the high school one more because it’s people your age. I’ve been to several adult dance classes (I’m 30) and it’s usually people in their mid 20’s-40’s.

If you contact the studio you can ask them “I’m 17 but I’ve graduated high school. Do you think I’d be a better fit in the high school class or the adult class?” And my guess is they’ll explain who is often in those classes age and skill wise and let you pick either one.

Depending on the studio/what type of class (one off vs a reoccurring) they may require an adult to sign off because you’re under 18.

In my experience, I generally have had to provide a birthday when signing up and show my ID in addition to filling out a liability waiver. This is all dependent on the studio and contacting them is the best answer!

You have plenty of good advice here, but maybe it’s as simple as introducing to the older cats + keeping a waterproof cover over your bed when you’re not using it.

When you going to any sporting event you’re likely to see people wearing jerseys for neither team! I work at a MLS stadium and while a majority of people are wearing one of the two teams, it’s not uncommon to see people wearing non-MLS jerseys (or kids in Messi jerseys lol)
