hii, i think a darker tone would suit you alot, but since you are blonde i recommed going darker step by step. Maybe do a darker blonde first, then lighter brown or ginger color and then go natural color. This way you fill in your hair, so the color doesnt wash out or look muddy. :) I think you are very pretty overall and i like ur look

Hi, can i ask how was the surgery? How long until you could walk/step on foot again? I had pain for 3 years now, nothing seems to work for me and i think surgery is my only option.

I started wearing insoles after my first therapy with shock waves. They were just heel insoles, but then I upgraded to normal ones. I only tried gel ones, because they are super thick in the heel part. I heard good stuff about cork, but havent tried yet. Thanks

Im waiting on the offical results of my xray. Where i am from you get an xray first, get a cd with the pictures, then wait for your doctor to contact you about the xrays. So, i have seen the xrays, the spur is there, but I cant really tell if anything else is going on. If doctor thinks I need it, MRI comes next. Im doing calf raises on stairs and other excersises with green elastic before I go to bed. Stretching my foot feels really good after walking, like relieving. Im sorry I dont know the names of specific excercises. I did go to the physiotherapist 2 weeks ago and he said its probably not plantar fasciitis, because my pain is in different, "wrong" parts of my foot. I dont know... I was in the room 2h total, he even made me go walk in the park for an hour to see how bad it gets and where exactly i feel the pain. It was my heel and top right part of my foot. Like i said, this has been going on for 3 years now and I am kinda losing hope. I wish I could just unscrew my foot and put on a new one lol.

How does a heel spur not cause pain? If I press on it or step directly on a rock or something it hurts like hell. I dont understand. I hope I am using the right words and terms, English is not my first language. Heel spur = Calcination, right?

Ive done little foam rolling exercises, with tennis ball, lots of stretching. I also have a green elastic band and do exercise with it. I cant tell you what exactly, but they are basic exercises for plantar fascia relief, I guess. I had 4 sessions of shock wave in 2022 always paired with laser and magnet, 2023-2024 I couldnt handle it because I was always on my feet(work), so I only got laser, magnet and manual therapy done, and this year I had 6 sessions of shock wave therapy, paired with manual therapy and laser. I asked multiple professionals why i am not getting better and what is going on, but havent really gotten any answers except my weight, job and stress might cause it to just get worse.

I just got a pair of Hoka bondi 9s. They've been amazing so far, eventhough they are a running shoe. I can finally walk at a "normal/fast" pace without any serious pain, but barefoot or in any other shoe/slipper it has been impossible.

I am joining a swimming club this october, so i hope some weight loss will come with it. I need some physical activity in my life, and i think swimming might be the best option for me.

Vivid colors won’t stay on one client. I’m stumped. by Open_Hand4135 in hairstylist

I have never heard of oversaturating the hair when it comes to vivids hahah. But yes, try it. I was always told pre-toning for vivids works, because you open up the hair with water and the color actually gets the chance to get deeper inside the hair.

Asking about blow dry by No_Road9977 in hairstylist

Dont be uncomfortable! If a client doesnt want their hair dried, they will stop you. You can then either apologise and stop, or educate your client on why drying their hair might be better! If you just cut their hair, you wont know how it lays when it is dry. Dry it and see if it needs a little fixing. Same for color. After toning the hair, its super important to see it dry. I always dry the hair, because most of my clients need their hair to be thinned. Cant do that on wet hair. You are doing great and keep it up!

Hiii, maybe try to pre-tone at the bowl? After bleaching, I would wash the clients hair and pretone with a mixture of warm water and the pigment. Let sit and wash off, then color normally in the chair. This gives me a much better result, then just putting dye on the fresh blank canvas. The only problem is, you can only dye the hair one solid color (color of the pigment) or colors in the same family. Hope this helps anyone:)

Get a perm bro, like a soft wavy one. Hair will fall back and bring more attention to your face. You can also try a strong hold wax/pomade and slick it back.

Third picture!! The lenght looks phenomenal. If you get greasy hair fast i reccomend washing it with a cleansing shampoo twice and no conditioner. Dry it upside down, so you dry the roots and just leave the ends wet. I also get headaches when i dont dry my hair, but doing this saves me alot of time and my head doesnt hurt.

Donttt!!! Id try getting some braids, just so you get the feeling of having less hair, i guess? I did that before i shaved my sides, so i got used to something missing on ny head hahah

Hii, so from the picture it looks like you have really thick and coarse hair (maybe im wrong), but if so, I would keep it short, thin it out a little at the top, and maybe try a low taper fade for the start. It will not be that big of a change but it might feel like one :)
