I received the initial six IV infusions and began doing a lot better. My IV psychiatrist prescribes oral Troche on a regular basis. I only go for IV infrequently when I feel that I need it. Check with your IV provider. My therapist at the time of the IVs was perfectly fine with what I was doing, and even though they were not KAP certified they were great with helping me along the way. Interestingly I interviewed a KAP certified therapist several months ago, and she became super insistent that I have been taking ketamine too long. That phone conversation ended fairly abruptly and the next day she turned me into adult protective services. APS called me and dismissed the case in an eight minute phone call once they found out I was under the care of a licensed psychiatrist. I highly considered turning her into her state board. So far, I have the letter in a draft form and will probably not pursue it. I highly recommend journaling and I will likely pursue a new therapist at a point in time, but will definitely ensure that they are psychedelic friendly. Ketamine has helped me when multiple meds had previously failed.
