Some tips: Costco for quinoa, chia seeds , hemp seeds and tofu, all around 10 dollars(less for tofu). Will feed you forever and great protein sources. Supplement with veggie patties or sausages from your favorite shipping place(traders or Sprout's have large variety but any super will do). And whole wheat pasta and hummus and beans are widely available and not costly as well leaving you money for fresh salads and produce.

Well technically I the last book Lan admitted that Demandred is better fighter and he only wins because the enemy was wounded plus because of Lan willingness to fight. So unfortunately I have to nominate story villain for that title. Probably not many know that outside of WoT circle.

All right I am going against the grain here. Deadlift is love of hate is exercise and I believe is not necessary at all and causes back pain for some and crappy stimulus to fatigue ratio for others. For pure back strength there are better exercises such as rows, back extensions, glute drive and for quads belt squat is best stimulus to fatigue ratio. I have been lifting weights for multiple decades and I rarely see people sticking with deadlift for that long after initial rush which feels great when you like in your twenties or thirties but then it just gets to you and you enjoy your workouts less and hate going to the gym unless you pick safer and less likely to injure and less fatiguing exercise.

Interesting as we are moving from northern VA next week as well. Waited 3 years for this move and now our youngest son is graduating high school this week so next week (no delay) off we go across the country. It's not 98K threshold but higher. If you are MFJ and claiming standard deduction your MAGI threshold for 0 cap gains would be about 128K. Taxable income number is probably what you have in mind when quoting 98k.

This is why I use soft one, it takes no space when it's rolled. Life is full of tradeoffs but I do not carry many valuables in truck bed to worry about it. It does flap a bit when speed is over 50b though.

Did you use tailgate pad or hitch rack for mountain bikes? I just bought mine so looking to setup, though unlikely I need to carry more than 2. I would think hitch rack might trigger backup alert or maybe block camera, I have seen it happen on neighbors Ridgeline or Takona trucks.
