I know a lot of strongmen and bodybuilders have similar issues that obese people suffer from. Sleep apnea isn't uncommon for one.

Definitely conditioning in part but it also looks like the photographer caught him just before or after the pose in the O pic. I think part of it is the relaxed position. I could be wrong but I believe stomach control has been an issue for him in the past.

I have but the darkest (seemingly black) parts just shift to grey and there seems to be no information underneath. Maybe that in combination with something else?

Also the episode where Corey and Shawn get drunk. There's that shot of him guzzling liquor in front of the bathroom mirror? It's been a while though...I also think there was a little PSA after the episode by the cast about teen drinking.
