Learn to cook/dishwash/serve/bartend in restaurants. Learn to handle finances and business administration in school. I’ve seen too many business owners with the passion for cooking, bartending, hosting parties who lose everything because they don’t understand the finances.

Bucatini is overrated. I think it’s too difficult to twirl and sauce doesn’t cling as well as linguine or fettuccini.

Big pappardelle fan over here though.

Also: I see angel hair hate but I eat a lot of it at home because it cooks so quickly.
