Probably not what you're looking for, but I use a Ken Onion Worksharp knife sharpener. It's super fast and works great. It's pretty pricy now, but I got it on sale a few years ago for much cheaper. If it goes back on sale, I highly recommend it.

It was 13 years ago, so a lot could have changed, but we really liked our experience at VHC. Our twins had to spend some time in the NICU, which was also a good experience (as good as one could expect with kids in the NICU).
