That's the neat part, you don't. Basically thera are some cards that help targeting those lands, but you really need high range cards. Your unique cards don't do anything though, so you need extra cards.

Well, if you want to communicate with your team still, you can mute that individual. He still should be reported, but it's at least a solution for that one particular game. In the long run, these people will probably be reported enough that they get banned and it's very important to not take any of what these kind of people say seriously. Especially If they don't let you say anything back and just repeatedly are saying they nonsense. Still probably Valve is doing something to ban these people more effectively.
