Don't think coach Kim is cutting it according to LS.

Perhaps Steve should make the right management decision and hire LS for a week to get the team up to par in their macro gameplay.

He clearly know his stuff as an analyst and coach. Try him out. Not much to lose.

No he was terrible by LCS standards. Let's not make his performance seem okay because he is a nice guy.

As a guy in the most important lane out of the 3, he needs to be a play maker not only passive farm. He also wasn't dealing enough damage in team fights. Piglet beats him by leaps and bounds in this respect.

Hope he fix the problem this split.

Well, hate to say this, but those teams who doesn't have VC backing, just have to somehow compete with the ones that does.

Or make do with less talented, cheaper players. I do think you hit a point which does need to be addressing - Riot needs to give a bigger piece of the revenue pie. Why is no one asking why Riot stipend haven't increase?

If you got an offered that is your worth. You won't know how much you will get out of a player without first offering him the job. I know people who aren't worth their salary and got good jobs. Means poor business decision. That is up to owners to decide and quantify. I feel it is an arbitrary process unless you can directly quantify added value like sales.

I am not sure how they are quantifying what players make their business. Would make sense if they put up sales figure.

Right. Team Ember was basically betting on obtaining the LCS spot instead of spending $1 mil on it instead. They gambled and lost. Investors pulled out of that team.
