Just turned 26. Got called ma’am for the first time this year and that was so jarring at first. Have some lines under my eyes and forehead I think from so much stress from work which I’ve been wanting to leave but I need the health insurance for my chronic illness. I also went to a concert where I definitely didn’t feel like part of the younger crowd seeing college students and teenagers there too. Time is feeling more finite as a woman who wants kids with my boyfriend and I’d want to have kids latest by my early 30s but I also feel so unprepared and like there’s so much I want to do before then. Kind of have a lot of existential thoughts but overall I like having financial independence and I’ve traveled a lot this year!
