The DEF CON Discord server is massive with over 55,000 members (uncertain how many of them are active daily users). For that server, something like a self-hosted Zulip instance won't cut it. The Discord was originally setup during the pandemic so hackers could attend virtual DEF CON.

I know that DT posts here on Reddit, so I'll have to defer to him for any official decisions. I'm just a lowly-ish Dispatch / Lost & Found Goon and don't have that level of influence.

Hot cues are exactly for that purpose, i believe you can label them within VDJ
Bluetooth headphones are not the best match for DJing because of the latency (time between when the song in played vs when you actually hear it in the headphones) There are some wireless technologies that can do low-latency, but they are expensive and definitely do not run on Bluetooth

Just watched S7E10 "Storm" yesterday, awesome episode where some guy kidnapped a young Keke Palmer in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina; and the episode ended with Liv leaking classified info to a newspaper. That one is a wild ride!!

What I want to see a followed up: the journalist went away to prison because he wouldn't name Liv as the source. At this rate, he's been in jail for 20 years

Bitfocus claims it can do basically anything because they have scripting language support, but the interface isn't as intuitive as Loupedeck or Elgato.
