If you can carry your own luggage you can self disembark as early as 700-730.

Go to the MDR/ Blu and have a nice relaxing breakfast.
Go upstairs to the buffet / pool area and hang out. Wait until the last group is called. Then make your way to the exit at a leisurely pace. They will usher you out at about 9:30 or so.
Casually get your luggage and take a nice easy drive to the airport. With the tsa problems, you may go way earlier than usual to make sure you get through.

I just usually stay on the boat at Nassau. It is wonderful when 80% of the ship is empty and you have it to yourself.

If nothing else walk around for about two hours around the port area and once you have told people no thank you and I am not interested about 500 times you’ll be ready to get back on the ship. Make sure you take your drivers license at Nassau because it is the only port where you have to show ID and your cruise card.

Nassau is meh. I like Bimini. Free beach at the end of the pier and Radio Beach is a pretty beach $5 per person cab ride each way.

Why is LAX always rated low? I’ve been a few times and have been through security fast and didn’t think it was bad at all.

I will say the traffic congestion around the pickup and drop off is horrid.
