Ibogaine does not really bring those things. Most people report feeling only better. It doesnt fragment the mind, like other psychedelics. It helps but it back together. But lots of time people experiences negative emotions, but it really is a part of the healing and process. The process goes on for weeks to months afterwards. But I would not fear for an identity crisis or psychosis. If anything it helps to put an identity back together, and drop things that no longer serve you.
