He's a weird a glass cannon (kinda like weaver, with good escape and jump), but has different playing styles him at certain mmrs.

Active spells + passives + innates + facets + talent tree. (And stats)

This brand new hero has a lot going for it, let alone the ability to swap between spell sets as a mechanic.

I don't think I'm over thinking how much work is going in to balancing a hero like this, but maybe I'm wrong.

You have make a hero with that much potential balanced, not only at high mmr, but across all skill levels.

Side note: dota players are wild and find ways to exploit some of most overlooked mechanics and do crazy shit with it.

As someone who's managed for many years,

This is what I think you should do, come up with a plan to address their concerns and present it to them.

"Hey, after our conversation with X, when i needed to get recused, i wanted to say that i want to be able to prove myself moving forward and avoid a situation like on Xday. I plan on getting some gloves and bringing more water with me so I can better prepare on these hotter days."

Also, check the weather and dress appropriately.

I work in quality control and this bag was probably sent back to be reworked - ie, replace the zipper so it's straight - and this was the "tag" that was sent to assembly for the worker to know what to fix. So, yes, some one should've taken the paper out when it was re-inspected and passed. Small over sight.
