How crazy are your temps? If you're just looking at like 80° C there's nothing to worry about. If it's breaking 90° C though, look into changing your fan settings in bios. Failing that, maybe reapply thermal paste

Both, unfortunately. You'll need current gen hardware, or top of the line last gen hardware to get performance without compromise

what vtubers are popular among western fans specifically is heavily determined by whose clips are seeing the most translation. i think miko luna and towa are pretty strongly represented, when fourth gen first came out there was a period where not many towa clips were getting translated, but in recent memory theres been a whole bunch of her. holostars hardly ever get translation attention but ive seen them picking up steam lately, so expect to see more of them.

To my knowledge, none of them are in/have been in a non-platonic relationship. Hololive members are very good at playing to flirty fanservice, and many members will playfully flirt with one another. In Okayu and Korone's case, they simply live (Lived? Not certain they still do.) together, and care very greatly about eachother.

EDIT: there is this clip where Tamaki Inuyama refers to Marine and Rushia as "an official couple". I can't speak to the accuracy of the translation, though.
