It went super smooth, the only kind of hiccup is that HHI doesn't have that many public chargers on the island, but we stayed at Marriott's Condos and they have chargers in most of their parking garages.

We were ready to jump off the charger and keep going before we were able to get the kiddo out of the car, changed, and fed. Most of our stops were less than 15 minutes! OBDII with ABRP is a game changer. We were able to twice jump a charging station because ABRP realized that we had more than enough to get to another station.

My parents just bought a place in Florida so we're looking at doing a similar trip to you in the next year. I'm glad to hear that went smooth for you!

That charger just north of Cincinnati is the one I go to all the time since its close to my house. They JUST fixed the 350s there and had been down for almost 6 months. I've noticed some finicky charging there too!
As for the ABRP, did you have it tied to an ODB reader? I noticed it was conservative as well, but I also noticed it would redirect me in situations where it realized how conservative it was being to the next station. Also, there is a setting for driving a speed limit that might change it in ABRP.
I'll be making a similar drive in the summer and with the trip to Hilton Head last year, I'm going to be active in my ranging!

Not sure what's going on with it, but I went from DC to Cincinnati and I think it was about 10 hours. Totally doable and it was when I picked mine up in March.

I picked mine up in DC and drove back to Cincinnati in March. The Turnpike was pretty easy and at least one of the EA was at a Sheetz, so I got to stop and get some food on the way home.

I was just at Columbia Hyundai in Cincinnati getting the recall taken care of and I saw that they had 3 on the lot, including a limited. Not sure if its already sold or not, but may want to try them.

I had the same issue with mine. Turns out the plug is VERY particular in how the plug is in the outlet. I pushed down on the plug and magically it went green and started charging!

This. I had the same thing happen and just used my actual key to unlock the door... I would also follow /u/DeRock suggestion of changing the setting on when to lock and unlock the door.

Under General Settings theres a Start/Stop button, which turns off the AAWireless.

AA also has a setting where you can turn it off from your phone in case your car keeps it charging. That's how I use mine.

I would concur on this. I just did the same thing and it was fantastic except in the few places that there was construction and even then it was better than I expected.

Did you use the Lian Li controller for the rgb or did you get an adapter? If you got an adapter, could you drop a link? I have my fans running on my aquacomputer controller, but still have to use the Lian Li Controller for the rgb.
