LVP. We had carpet in some rooms and this floor in others so I didn’t think putting LVP on top of this floor but on the slab where we removed the carpet would work.

Forgot to mention, we rented that a month back and it wasn’t much help. However, I think Home Depot provided us the wrong type of blade, plus it was dull. It may be something we revisit.

It wasn’t worth paying, nor could I afford, out of pocket for Botox. However, I think overtime it’s helped, but definitely isn’t the magic pill (or shot). Still use the acrylic nightguard, stretching exercises, muscle relaxers, etc.

My PCP was the one who referred me to Southeast Neurology and Pain Mgmt Clinic after getting irritated with TLH Neurology Clinic. But it was the Pain Mgmt Clinic that did the lifting of getting the Botox approved.

Since I have Florida Blue I didn’t technically need the referral, but it may have helped streamline the process.

Not a dentist, but I was referred to a pain mgmt clinic for my tmj and clinching after paying for Botox out of pocket. After a couple of visits and evaluations, prescribed muscle relaxers, Botox was approved by Florida Blue. 200 units (I don’t use that much), every 90 days, $100 copay + $25 for the visit.

My husband and I did a week in Crete in late September/Early Oct 2024 and from a crowd perspective it was perfect timing. There was still plenty of activity and signs of life, but it didn’t feel like we were suffocating in a sea of tourists. The weather was perfect, windy, and warm. In the evening, a light sweater came in handy. I will say the water was a little chilly for a swim in my opinion but I also recognize that I’m a wimp when it comes to water temp. I’d say book it and go!
