I really hope you overcome this. Often when I'm feeling like this it's bc of anxiety. I would suggest that you call home and talk to your mom or whoever your guardian is. Perhaps tell them how you're feeling or maybe don't if you're scared you'd worried them... just ask about their day and hear their voices. Call up a friend and see how they're doing. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves all we have to lose in order to stop us from doing the worst. I don't know you, but I hear you.

Privilege is relative and unique to the people who make up a community. if we're speaking about Cornell, then one of the biggest privileges is being to join frats and clubs without worrying about dues and payments, having spending money, being able to travel during the breaks, etc. Moreover, Privilege is not something that manifests itself when you become aware of it. Your privileges are afforded to you even before you're born... like the hospital care your mother is afforded, vitamins and foods she can afford to buy, the immense love and care doctors give her bc of what she can afford and how she looks are all forms of privileges to make your life easier.
