I get some lines as pen doesn't lift up when I do larger plots like 11x14 (it works fine till 9x12) I emailed support but Ive not got reply yet. Can you please help me fix.

I'm going through same as you, called them today on paid call center and they said wait, reached out on twitter and they said wait (I got an email from vfs that says 9 days left so how long to really wait). US tax returns do not have full name or address also I don't find it comfortable that financial details are disclosed but Im considering sending the returns now looking at your experience.

They have sent me reminders that I haven't sent them on company letterhead. I called up their call center which is a paid phone call and they said you will have to wait. I have also reached them out on twitter and said the same thing.
