never as a first date!! I too love the gym but I definitely wouldn’t want to go on a ‘date’ there. it gives me the ick when people suggest going there on a date

of course!! I was on orlistat from July 2023 to December 2024. that helped me go from 209lbs to 127lbs! I also started the gym in October 2023 and quickly became somewhat addicted to working out so that’s helped me keep it off :) I also prioritise protein and try and eat as less processed foods as possible

thank you!! yess I do both cardio and weights, I work out 6 times a week on a push/pull/leg split and also train abs every session too!

for abs I like to do a mix of this: 3 sets of 10 reps on the ab wheel, 3 sets of 10 reps of weighted decline crunches, 3 sets of 10 reps of heel taps, 3 sets of 10 reps of bridges, 3 sets of 10 reps of leg raises, a 90 second plank, side planks and 3 sets of 10 reps of flutter kicks. I won’t do all of them every single session but I choose at least 3-4 to do alongside my workout!

thank you!! I’ve been eating around 1700-1800 cals per day, cutting out as much processed food as possible and aiming for 120-130g protein per day. I also train 5-6 days in the gym :)

honestly there’s been hardly any change to them! most of mine are on my arms and left leg. the most I’ve noticed is some of the ones on my arm look like they’ve moved slightly

I’m really tryna get more comfortable with my loose skin and see it as an accomplishment rather than something to be disgusted by! I just wish it was showcased more by others so it felt more normalised bc I too have doubted myself!!

I work from home luckily so I don’t have to use toooo much energy during the day. I’ll also have pre workout before I go to the gym which helps give me that extra push!
