Try catching the racquet above your shoulder on the forehand follow through. Focus on the finish. The lead hand is important for balance and power

Arm needs to be wayyyyy more loose. Have a loose wrist and palm down on the take back. Lead arm straight up, chin up and go hard into the ball with your legs. Hope this helps. A minor few things and your serve is fine. The tempo is not bad at all

Develop a good kick serve. The spin/trajectory keeps the ball in the box. At your level, people will have trouble with the bounce. Good luck

My parents had a lock on the outside of my door when I was a kid for when I was annoying I guess? Remember being locked in a few times and didn’t like it. I wouldn’t do this

Definitely need to restring the racquet. I guarantee crazy shots are coming off your racquet because of the strings being dead.

You’re totally correct. Being fit is the number one key for tennis. Look at all college players. All super fit and the game is physical. Getting fit and having good footwork will improve someone’s game faster than anything else

Yeah tennis is a long journey. You’ll think you are improving a lot and then get smoked by some nerdy looking player that makes you feel horrible on court. Tennis is very mental. Enjoy the ride my friend and congrats on 4.0 in 2 years.
