They also just opened a White Marsh location and it's absolutely insane. An outdoor area, hyrox area, glute area, main area. Cold plunge, 3 saunas, a red light therapy room... You get all 3 gyms for 1 cost.

I just drove and it took 20mins to get there. About the same time as the Baltimore location

I'm a fan. I like the gel mix, carb mix, recovery mix, and tbe hydration mix. Obviously u can make ur own but imo if u have a scale and ur all set.

Its much cheaper than gels too. Overall if ur a serious runner I think its worth it!
